About the coffee: This coffee comes from a mix of two praised varieties in Colombia called Caturra and Bourbon. The farm is located in Bilbao, a minuscule municipality in the department of Tolima, in the Colombian Andean region. The coffee is planted at altitudes ranging from 1650-1950 m.a.s.l. Its plantation is surrounded by plantain trees which gives it a semi-shaded production, a factor contributing to the production of specialty coffee.
